Consolate's Angels — Account Deletion
Request deletion of your account and personal information
Consolate's Angels users may request deletion of their account and associated personal information at any time.
Delete your account from the app
If you can access your Consolate's Angels account, sign in and navigate to:
Profile/Settings → Account & Privacy → Delete Account
Follow the instructions provided to submit your account deletion request.
Request deletion through the web
If you are unable to access your account, you may submit an account deletion request using our secure online account-deletion page:

For security and privacy, we may need to verify your identity or ownership of the account before processing a deletion request.
What happens after you request deletion?
After your request is verified and processed, your account will be deactivated and personal information associated with the account will be deleted or anonymized when it is no longer reasonably necessary.
Certain records may be retained when reasonably necessary or required for legal, tax, financial, payment or payout reconciliation, fraud prevention, safety, dispute resolution, audit, or regulatory purposes.
Information retained for these purposes will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
